Directions
Take Route 88 (Library Road) to the main entrance of South Park. Once you turn into the park, you will be on Corrigan Drive. Go 2.2 miles to a T at Brownsville Road and turn right. Look to the right and you will see the Fairgrounds. The event is taking place at the Museum Facility (the building with the big clock on it).

The Course
This scenic, fast course will give many runners their best times. Starting on City Island over to Riverfront Park to Sunken Gardens and back to City Island.
Corporate Challenge Competition
New this year! The Harrisburg race will include a Corporate Challenge Competition. Each team can have as many participants as they want but only the first 5 finishers from each team will be scored. We will add up the times of the finishers and the team with the lowest combined time will be the winner. A perpetual trophy will be awarded to that team to keep for a year but they must return it to Kids’ Chance by September 1, 2012. Each team must check in at the registration table 30 minutes before the start of the race. Team t-shirts are encouraged. Call Doug Tierney with questions at 717-579-4780.

The Kids' Chance of PA 5/10Ks were established in 2008 to help the organization with its outreach to the community at large. The goal was to bring light to our mission and to raise money for college scholarships. The run/walk provided a forum to do so in the general community, not just within the insurance industry. With board support and the help of a very dedicated staff, the 5/10Ks have helped boast scholarship goals to an all time high. With races in Harrisburg, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, we have been able to spread our message to thousands of people.
